Farther, 2 make it look convincing make some adverts, videos like these (with celebs who needs 2b shown all for humanity like the politicians but all yr long busy earning money more than anything else), n possibly a few seminars for an elite group who r "qualified hi net worth individuals" likely 2 donate (if fact chosen bcoz they won't challenge the competence n intentions of these autocrats bcoz they themselves have made fortune out of these unjust leaders actions).

As we have seen in the past that these money spending luxurious n glitzy media hyped nonsense brings no result. They start a guideline process which even takes decade 2 b approved by all n by then the crisis has taken totally a new dimension with many new geographies added.
